MANN+HUMMEL Highlights Self-Cleaning Air Filters and Full Industrial Range at Excon 2025

At Excon 2025, MANN+HUMMEL brought its global filtration expertise to the forefront with a strong display of products designed for construction equipment, off-highway machinery and industrial applications. The pavilion focused on demonstrating filtration reliability, system efficiency and long-term performance; values the company has built its name on worldwide.

Visitors were introduced to the company’s comprehensive OE and independent aftermarket portfolio, allowing them to see the full span of solutions available across multiple operating environments. From heavy-duty air filtration to specialised off-road components, the exhibit highlighted how MANN+HUMMEL continues to align global engineering with the needs of Indian customers.

“We participate in Excon because this platform helps us connect our OE strength with our aftermarket offerings; it shows customers the complete range and the quality behind our brand,” said Mr. Bhaskar V. Director IAM Sales, MANN+HUMMEL Filter

A key highlight at the stall was the introduction of self-cleaning air filters, a solution designed to extend service intervals in dusty and high-load operating conditions typically faced by construction and mining fleets. The technology helps reduce downtime, improves equipment uptime and lowers operating costs for customers.

“Our focus at Excon is to show practical, high-value innovations like self-cleaning air filters; these solutions directly solve the challenges faced in tough Indian construction and off-road conditions,” Mr. Bhaskar added.

Expanding Focus Toward Industrial and Off-Highway Segments

While the company has traditionally enjoyed a strong presence in the commercial vehicle and passenger car segments, the next phase of growth is rooted in industrial and off-highway markets. According to Mr. Bhaskar, MANN+HUMMEL is actively strengthening its portfolio to serve construction equipment, mining machinery and other heavy-duty applications where robust filtration is critical.

The company is also addressing a common industry challenge; the need for depth and breadth in product range. Customers operating mixed fleets often struggle with inconsistent filter availability across models and equipment types. MANN+HUMMEL aims to close this gap with an expanded lineup designed to service a wider variety of machines.

“We understand that customers need a complete range that matches the diversity of their fleets; our goal is to ensure they get the right solution every time and experience consistent quality,” he said.

In line with this approach, the company showcased complete filtration systems covering air, fuel, oil and cabin applications. These solutions were presented to walk-in visitors as well as major corporate customers exploring partnerships beyond existing engagements.

“Our intention is clear; we want to build a strong presence in industrial filtration and earn market leadership just as we have in other segments,” Mr. Bhaskar V stated.

With a sharpened strategy and a focus on high-performance solutions, MANN+HUMMEL’s participation at Excon 2025 reflects its commitment to expanding its footprint in India’s rapidly growing construction and off-highway ecosystem.
