MB Group: Driving Smarter Pneumatic Solutions

Małgorzata Bieniaszewska, Founder & CEO

As India’s commercial vehicle industry accelerates towards 2030, evolving technologies, electrification and localisation are redefining the expectations from every vehicle component. For MB Group, these trends present an opportunity to develop lighter, smarter and more reliable pneumatic solutions while strengthening its manufacturing and engineering presence in India.

“Every part of the vehicle must do more with less. Speed, lightness, simplicity and durability will define the next generation of commercial vehicles.”

According to Ms. Małgorzata Bieniaszewska, Founder and CEO of MB Pneumatyka, electrification is transforming far more than the powertrain. While battery systems add weight and alter vehicle dynamics, pneumatic braking and air suspension continue to play a critical role in ensuring safety and performance. At the same time, increasing adoption of electronically controlled braking and stability systems is driving demand for more intelligent pneumatic components. Coupled with the industry’s growing focus on localisation, OEMs are seeking precision-engineered products backed by resilient domestic supply chains.

Ms. Bieniaszewska explained that these market shifts require every component to deliver greater efficiency with fewer parts, lower weight and easier servicing. Faster assembly and maintenance help maximise fleet uptime, while lightweight and durable pneumatic systems improve payload capacity, vehicle range and long-term reliability.

Looking ahead, MB Group aims to strengthen its position as a leading European supplier of pneumatic components for commercial vehicle braking and air suspension, with India playing a central role in its global strategy. The company plans to introduce the next generation of push-to-connect fittings that offer lower weight, simplified integration, reduced leakage risk and easier maintenance across both conventional and electric commercial vehicles.

“By combining European engineering with India’s manufacturing strength, we aim to deliver world-class quality while supporting global commercial vehicle manufacturers from concept to serial production,” shared Ms. Bieniaszewska.

To support this vision, the company continues to invest in advanced CNC machining, in-line inspection systems and digital process monitoring to ensure high manufacturing precision and consistent quality. It is also working towards achieving full IATF 16949 certification for its Jamnagar facility while expanding local engineering capabilities to provide faster technical support and customised solutions for Indian OEMs.

Beyond manufacturing, MB Group is investing in talent development through plans to establish a CNC Vocational Academy in Jamnagar. The initiative aims to train future machine operators and manufacturing specialists, creating skilled employment opportunities while building a strong talent pipeline for India’s rapidly growing commercial vehicle industry.
