Tech-Enabled Fleet Optimisation: Telematics, IoT, and AI-driven route planning have shifted from competitive advantages to operational necessities. Real-time visibility, automated dispatch, and predictive maintenance will minimise empty runs and lower carbon footprints.
Integrated Infrastructure & Grade-A Warehousing: Driven by the National Logistics Policy and PM Gati Shakti, seamless multimodal connectivity and state-of-the-art, green-certified warehousing will significantly optimise supply chain efficiency.
Focus on Driver Welfare: As driver retention remains a critical challenge, the industry must prioritise driver dignity, road safety, and structured welfare programmes to build a resilient workforce.
