JK Fenner (India) Limited has appointed Jegapriyan Govindarajan as President, effective immediately. Based in Chennai, he will report directly to Vice Chairman and Managing Director Vikrampati Singhania. The appointment signals the company’s intent to strengthen its leadership as it pursues an expanded growth agenda across automotive, industrial, and emerging technology segments.
Govindarajan brings nearly three decades of experience across automotive and industrial sectors, with a track record of driving business transformation and profitable growth at both multinational and Indian companies. He joins JK Fenner from Garrett Motion Technologies India, where he served as Managing Director and General Manager — India. Prior to that, he held Managing Director roles at Tecumseh Products Company and Valeo Lighting Systems India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Madurai Kamraj University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
