JCBL Limited, a JCBL Group company, has handed over two luxury caravans to the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation (BSTDC), giving a major push to the State’s efforts to offer premium and experiential travel. Built over a focused three-month period, the caravans are designed to provide visitors with a new, comfortable, and stylish way to explore Bihar’s wildlife, heritage, and spiritual circuits.

The vehicles will initially operate on day-trip routes covering Rajgir, Valmiki Nagar Tiger Reserve safari zones, and the Bodhgaya–Nalanda circuit. Gradually, the service will be expanded to additional destinations within Bihar and to interstate routes, widening access to high-quality road tourism experiences.

Each caravan has been engineered for flexibility and comfort, featuring four 360-degree rotating recliner seats, a sofa-cum-bed, and four sleeper berths with privacy curtains. Entertainment is integrated throughout, with four smart TVs in the berths and a large LED in the lounge area. A modular kitchen equipped with essential appliances provides added convenience for long journeys.
Mr. Rajinder Aggarwal, CMD, JCBL Group, said the motorhomes reflect JCBL’s decades of expertise in specialised vehicle manufacturing, aimed at enhancing how people travel. Mr. Dinesh Dua, Business Head – Marketing & Sales, added that JCBL values its long-standing partnership with the Government of Bihar and looks forward to future collaborations. He noted that the caravans will soon be inaugurated by state officials and opened for public bookings.
A Bihar Tourism spokesperson said the initiative aligns with the state’s vision of improving comfort, convenience, and overall travel experience across key destinations such as Valmiki Nagar, Bodhgaya, Rajgir, and Nalanda.
Built for full-day travel, the motorhomes include adjustable lighting, 24-hour Wi-Fi, charging points, and a compact washroom—ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for travellers exploring Bihar’s diverse landscapes.
