Building on the momentum of a landmark debut in Delhi, the second edition of The Future Fleets Forum arrives in Mumbai on 29th September 2026 to the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, at a moment when technology is fundamentally reshaping how India’s fleets are built, managed, and scaled.
The first edition of the Future Fleets Forum was held successfully on February 17, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Delhi Airport. What began as a bold idea, a closed room summit exclusively for large fleet owners and decision-makers, delivered on every promise. The room was filled with over 200 fleet owners, promoters, and senior operators who came not to watch, but to lead the conversation. This was all made possible thanks to the support of the team at LightMetrics, who even organised a women’s roundtable at the event to support and encourage female participation in what is a traditionally a male dominated sector.
