VST coreB Trailers – Strong partner in India’s infrastructure growth

In this exclusive interview with Vikas Yadav, CEO & MD, VST coreB, Rajesh Rajgor learns that VST coreB Trailers is proud to help strengthen India’s infrastructure by offering the highest quality trailers that have been tested and developed to save fuel expenses up to 40 litre over the course of 1000 trips for its customer. The company promises value for money and reliable sales & service system.

The truck & trailer industry in India is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. This is due to the increasing demand for goods transportation, as well as the government’s focus on infrastructure development. The truck trailer market is projected to reach Rs. 2,640 billion by 2025. VST coreB Trailers is happy to provide the highest-quality trailers with the best-tested designs, which can reduce fuel expenditures by up to 40 litres over the course of 1,000 trips, in order to aid the development of India’s infrastructure. It has been achieved and vouched by VST coreB Trailers’ proud customer, GNR Transport from Muzzafarnagar.

Sensible Sales Support System
Early on, COO Vijay Yadav and CEO Vikas Yadav recognised that the industry’s growth was being constrained by a lack of skilled service personnel and those who were available were ignorant of the upkeep and functionality of the truck and trailer. As a result, they began offering the best automated features like tilt angle assist, EBS, TPMS, rear view cameras, parking sensors, that can assist drivers and operators. “The team at our company is always delighted to help drivers or owners of trailers with features by calling the toll-free numbers. A feature is only beneficial if we know how to utilise it. Our major accomplishment is that our customers are delighted and continue to choose VST coreB Trailers because we have more than 95% of repeat business from all sales”, believes Vikas.

VST has pledged to never compromise on quality or make any other tradeoffs, and they ensure that clients’ productivity and job efficiency are not adversely affected by poorly constructed trailers. VST coreB offers on-ground help in the event of an unfortunate accident “In order to offer the finest service and solutions, we have the greatest service staff in PAN India. Since we have trailers all over India, we have established service centres all over the country so customers don’t have to bring their trailer to us. Our support mantra is ‘WHERE YOU ARE, WE ARE.’ On the toll-free number, our service team is available around-the-clock”, he elaborates.

Value for Money
The country’s logistics industry is expected to grow at a CAGR of 10.5% during the forecast period, on account of the growing e-commerce industry and the government’s focus on infrastructure development. The government’s initiatives, such as the launch of the National Logistics Portal and the National Transport Policy, are also expected to provide a fillip to the growth of the industry.
Thus, each trailer made by VST coreB Trailers is tested and approved by iCAT before being put on the road. The company complies with RTO regulations and takes into account the present and future of trucking needs in India. Companies require the best-designed trailer for short-distance and long-distance travels where packages should be sheltered from rain and dust because e-commerce is increasing in India. To make the most of their investments, they also search for storage space that is as large as possible.

“We created a three-sided opening wing container with relatively simple transporter operations. The time saved by the transporter and the nearly 60% gain in operating efficiency occur at the warehouse where it is simply loaded and unloaded by forklift. By producing trailers with the best designs, aerodynamics, and materials, we hope to reduce the cost of a transporter in the trucking sector and ensure that they have the best durability, stability, and lifespan. We ask our team to introduce something novel into both the trailer and the workplace. Our goal is to raise production from 450 to 1200 units per month by the end of the year, and we have a clear strategy and plan for our growth and development,” explains Vikas.
The customer required a vehicle that can turn easily in a very small turning radius, and VST coreB trailers, who believe in the problem-solving abilities of a transporter, recently produced a 20CUM tipping trailer with a 6096mm length for a short distance and congested location. “Our client is quite pleased with this product. Recently, we began manufacturing stainless steel tipping trailers that can transport items like coal and salt. Our stainless-steel tipping trailer will last longer than an MS version since it is corrosion-proof and has been expertly welded to prevent rust. There are numerous metals that may be used in the production of trailers, but we advise our customers to utilise them according to the purpose. For instance, we advise using strong metal or Hardox steel, which will have a longer lifespan, if they want to utilise trailers in boulders,” he signs off.
