Ms. Mallika Rawal, Head of Marketing for Trucks & Bus tyres at Continental Tyres, received the Tyres and Rubbers Leadership Acknowledgement (TRILA) for the “Female Personality of the Year 2015” at a ceremony at Tyre Expo India held in Chennai on July 8.
Ms. Rawal surged ahead of the competition to bag this prestigious trophy which celebrates exceptional female talent in the tyre and rubber industry.
After receiving the Award, Ms. Mallika recounted her approach and attitude which made her stand out in the male-dominated industry. Her credo to remain agile and her hunger to learn has kept her ahead in the curve of progress in the industry.
She also thanked Continental India – Tyres which has laid its trust in her acumen and abilities. The gathering recognized Ms. Rawal’s achievements by giving her a resounding applause.
