Since 2015, TII Group, in collaboration with its approximately 250 dedicated employees at the Bawal location, has been producing transport solutions. These solutions have been developed by the experts from TII SCHEUERLE, the industry specialist in heavy transport on both road and off-road terrain within the TII Group. Notably, they have considered the specific needs of reliability, durability, and cost-effectiveness for fleets in emerging econ- omies and low regulated markets. From the outset, the Indian facility has been committed to maintaining the same quality standards as the German locations of the TII Group in Pfedelbach and Ulm, emphasizing the importance of fair labor conditions.

In early November, local dealers and key customers had the opportunity to personally witness the goals that TII aims to achieve in the future with the Bawal facility and its prod- uct portfolio. Due to these high-quality standards, the TII SCHEUERLE fully modular trail- ers from Bawal successfully meet the demanding requirements of emerging economies. These regions demand rugged, long-lasting vehicles for rough terrain while maintaining an extremely competitive price-performance ratio. Bawal has already supplied countries in the region, including South-East Asia, the Middle East, African and South American con- tinents, making it a pivotal part of the TII Group’s distribution network, just as crucial as the German factories.
Proven Product Line Maintained and Expanded
Henceforth, the Indian facility will produce the Telescopic Trailer SCHEUERLE Extender for transporting wind turbine blades and exceptionally long cargoes, as well as the fully modular trailers SCHEUERLE K25 H1, UHD and MD with hydraulically supported pendulum axles for transporting heavy goods.
The last addition to the portfolio in Bawal is the SCHEUERLE K25 H1 model – manufactured to UNECE standards alongside the German Pfedelbach location – which can also be used in high regulated markets. The modular construction of these innovative platform trailers allows for a multitude of configuration possibilities, and their flexibility is further enhanced by a comprehensive range of accessories, making them adaptable to nearly any transport task. These highly durable modules are suitable for use on public roads and for intra-com- pany movements, optimizing the cost-effectiveness of all fleets with their structural char- acteristics and versatility.
