TEXSPIN’s success built on adding value to customers

TEXSPIN Bearings, the technology-driven provider of customer-focused bearing solutions, presented its new clutch assembly range at Auto Expo Components 2016. The bearings expert has moved up the value chain through forward integration as part of its efforts to deliver better value and complete solutions to its customers.

“We have introduced clutch assemblies which is a forward integration from the clutch release bearings we used to supply. We are very happy to present the new products at Auto Expo this year and have already started supplies to some clients with production lines running for the last 4 to 5 months”, said Mr. Dipen Makwana, Director, TEXSPIN Bearings Ltd.

TEXSPIN has always made best use of Auto Expo as a platform not just to showcase its products to customers but also to provide a differentiated experience for visitors, be it customers, well-wishers or anyone else. “The show has been excellent for us this time. We have had great response from all people walking in and have had a lot of customers and peers coming in from the automotive industry. We are happy to show what we have done over the years, present our product range and believe to have put up a decent show this time”, he added.

TEXSPIN’s quest for excellence and focus on delivering differentiated customer experience has been behind its success. While there are very many bearing manufacturers in the country, it is its focus on ‘value-addition’ that has carried TEXSPIN to where it is today.

Mr. Makwana shared: “I think we are a company that tries to add that extra bit of value to our customers in whatever we do. That has always been our motto, because we are here to innovate and create and as a result we keep trying to add value in terms of weight reduction, competitive pricing, making sub-assembled products, etc. The idea has been to provide extra value for our customers and that has been crucial in differentiating us from others brands in our field.”

With the M&HCV sales regaining the lost ground in recent months, TEXSPIN expects the next quarter (Q1 FY17) and the upcoming fiscal (FY17) to be a good one for the sector. The company has managed to perform quite well despite the slowdown in the CV sector over the last two years, mainly due to its new product introductions which seem to have come at the right time. Like most other component suppliers, TEXSPIN thinks the worst for the market is over, and hopes to register strong growth in the coming financial year.
