SYNATY Launches Lavie+ Sleeper Bus with Privacy Partitions, Premium Comfort Features

SYNATY Automotive has launched the Lavie +, its latest sleeper coach, at PRAWAAS 2026, adding to a growing portfolio that already includes the Lavie and the Senorita models. The Rajasthan-based coach builder, which entered the automobile sector just four years ago, is making steady inroads across India with a product built around passenger comfort and operator practicality.

Mr. Naresh Kumar, Managing Director, SYNATY Automotive

According to Mr. Naresh Kumar, Managing Director, SYNATY Automotive, the Lavie+, is built entirely in ABS FR-grade material, keeping the weight low and improving both fuel efficiency and tyre life without compromising on safety compliance. The bus is AIS 153 compliant, meeting all current regulatory standards for structure and materials.

Passenger comfort has been thought through carefully. Memory foam backrests in FR-grade material provide support on long overnight journeys, and each berth comes with an independent pillow. USB and USB-C charging ports are provided at every berth. One of the more thoughtful additions is a partition curtain between adjacent sleeper berths — a simple but meaningful feature that gives passengers travelling with strangers a sense of privacy during overnight journeys, helping them sleep more comfortably.

Mr. Kumar said, SYNATY currently produces 50 to 60 buses per month and counts some well-known names among its customers, including Flixbus, Ram Dayal Holidays, Maharani Travel, Jaipur GK Travel, Himalayas Tour, and Cauvery Travels. The customer base spans Gujarat, Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, with the company now making inroads into South India as well. A recent deployment by Chaudhary Tour and Travel in Noida has seen two SYNATY buses put into service on the Bangalore to Chennai route.

For Mr. Kumar, PRAWAAS holds a personal significance. He attended the 2024 edition in Bangalore and set himself a goal to exhibit at the 2026 edition — a goal he has now achieved. The response at the show has been encouraging, with visitors responding positively to the design and finish of the Lavie +.

Four years into the business, SYNATY is moving quickly — launching new models regularly and customising interiors to operator requirements within the bounds of AIS 153 standards. The Lavie +, is the latest evidence of a young company that is learning fast and building a national footprint one route at a time.
