SVLL Foundation, CSR wing of Siddhi Vinayak Logistic Ltd, one of the largest corporate logistics service providers and fleet owner in India, in pursuit of social cause reaches out to the victims of the unfortunate Nepal earthquake that hit the nation with a devastating 7.8 magnitude last Saturday.
The Foundation has sent over substantial aid and relief materials in the form of tents, water bottles, blankets, medicines and other such necessary items to Nepal through their own transportation vehicles in an effort to contribute towards providing temporary relief to the victims of the quake.
According to Ms. Ankitaa Baid, Managing Trustee, SVLL Foundation, “In such disparate times where thousands of lives have been lost already, it’s time for us to come together to help the people of Nepal, who remain in the shambles of what once was. We’re doing our bit and we also urge other corporates, organizations and NGO’s from India to chip in relief for the distressed nation as quickly as possible.”
Through its initiative, the foundation will also be providing its transport services to organizations and NGO’s that want to send over relief materials to Nepal.
