Shell Lubricants, the global market share leader in finished lubricants announces the launch of a technical webinar series for its customers. These webinars are aimed at educating customers including OEMs, distributors and partners on specific applications via technical experts who can share sector specific experiences & what Shell can offer to overcome their challenge. It also provides customers, a platform to gain knowledge of the latest trends in the industry with relevant references.
The first edition of Shell Lubricants Webinar is scheduled on October 16, 2014. The topic of this webinar “Challenges in Worm Gear lubrication & how lubricant can help in reducing TCO” will focus on challenges such as high operating temperatures, frequent seal failures etc. which often results in oil leakage and premature gear failure. It will be hosted by technical experts from Shell and will have presence of various OEMs, distributors and partners. Shell Lubricants endeavours to take up a different topic of relevance each month that can help its customers at large.

Shell Lubricants plans to organise a series of Webinars in due course. Topics such as Screw Compressors: Common lubrication issues, and Shell providing (grease) solutions in Mining Applications would be discussed in the consecutive webinars.
