Mr. Andrew Zhang, Area Sales Manager, shares his views about the safety aspects of the company’s products: “In our products, each column has an independent mechanical gravity locking pawl with the locking profile with 35 mm increments, the smallest available in the industry, providing maximum safety. Any kind of damage to the vehicle is prevented as we have a distance of 250 mm between the lift and the vehicle. We also have an automatic overload protection in our system.
Precision synchronization starts at a height difference of 15 mm between the lift and the vehicle, with the total lifting capacity being variable by linking multiple lifting columns. We have solutions that enable a maximum of 32 columns to be linked in a single configuration and also have a unique synchronization system for smooth lifting and lowering cycle, even in the event of extremely uneven load distribution with the lifting and lowering speed continuously adjustable.
