ZF Friedrichshafen AG’s annual general meeting has appointed Chairman of the Central Managing Board of the Würth Group, Robert Friedmann, to a position in its Supervisory Board. Friedmann took up the position on January 1. The 50-year-old will take over from former Chief Executive Officer Hans-Georg Härter who had been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2013 and resigned from his position in August 2016.
