The Automotive Research Association of lndia (ARAI) has announced the appointment of Mr. Rajan Wadhera, President & Chief Executive – Truck & Power Train, and Head – Mahindra Research Valley, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., as its President, and Mr. Vikram Kirloskar, Vice Chairman, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd., as Vice President.
Mr. Rajan Wadhera who succeeds Mr. Vinod Dasari, Managing Director, Ashok Leyland Ltd., as ARAl President, has been a part of the ARAI Governing Council in the capacity of Vice President and has significantly contributed to its R&D strategies.
Mr. Vikram Kirloskar takes over as ARAI Vice President from Mr. Wadhera.
Speaking on the appointments and sharing her vision for the future growth of the Association, Mrs. Rashmi Urdhwareshe, Director – ARAl, said: “I am confident that ARAl will be immensely benefited with the vision and guidance of industry leaders such as Rajan Wadhera and Vikram Kirloskar.
