MMPDA honours MOTORINDIA for 50-year association

At the recently held 76th AGM of the Madras Motor Parts Dealers Association (MMPDA), MOTORINDIA was felicitated for its 50 years of successful relationship with the Association. Acknowledging the honour, MOTORINDIA would like to extend its sincere appreciation and gratitude to each and every member of MMPDA who have been among the magazine’s long-term reader base as well as for contributing interesting articles and views for the magazine from time to time.

The AGM witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Association members and saw deliberations on performance for the year gone by, plans for upcoming financial year and announcement of new office bearers and committee members for the upcoming financial year.

The Association’s office bearers namely K. Jayaraman, President, Harbhajan Singh Suri, Hony. Secretary, Navin L. Nichani, Hony. Jt. Secretary, Jankilal Saraf, Hony. Treasurer, MMPDA, took to the dais and addressed the gathering on the occasion.

The outgoing President K. Jayaraman was given a standing ovation for his yeomen service to the aftermarket fraternity while the current Hony. Secretary Harbhajan Singh Suri was elected as the new President of the Association.

One of the foremost service providers of a high-quality range of automotive spare parts, MMPDA is well-known in the industry for the integrity among its members. The Association was founded by doyens of the trade all the way back in 1944 on March 15.

Being the only apex body for the automotive aftermarket sector and related service activities in and around Chennai, MMPDA offers a wide range of services like guiding the members in all the government rules & regulatory requirements, GST-related issues, conducting various health and social welfare campaigns, etc.
