Michelin has launched a new Michelin Tyres and Services store in Bikaner, Rajasthan, in partnership with Bhagwati Tyres — further strengthening the tyre maker’s retail presence in the State. Strategically located near Khatu Shyam Temple on Jaipur Road, the 7,000 sq ft facility is a modern premium mobility destination offering Michelin’s passenger car and two-wheeler tyre range alongside services including wheel alignment, wheel balancing, and nitrogen inflation—all under one roof.

The store was inaugurated by Annu Mehla, Regional Sales Head — B2C (North and East), alongside the team from Bhagwati Tyres. Bhagwati Motors Nokha Private Limited, the partner behind the outlet, brings over two decades of experience in Rajasthan’s automotive retail space, having established its presence in 2006 and expanded steadily across multiple cities in the state.
Shantanu Deshpande, Managing Director, Michelin India, said, “As mobility aspirations continue to evolve across India, we are seeing growing demand for premium products and high-quality automotive services beyond traditional metropolitan markets. Bikaner represents an important growth market for Michelin in Rajasthan, driven by increasing vehicle ownership and a rising appreciation for performance and safety. This expansion aligns with our plans to introduce Made-in-India passenger car tyres, reinforcing our commitment to delivering globally benchmarked products tailored for Indian consumers.”

Bikaner, known for its rich heritage and growing economic activity, is witnessing rapid infrastructure development and increasing adoption of premium vehicles. Rising intercity travel and evolving customer preferences are driving demand for organised automotive retail and professional after-sales services, making the city a strategically important market in Michelin’s regional expansion plans.
