At ACMA Automechanika 2026, India’s largest automotive aftermarket exhibition, Mansons International highlighted its expanding global aftermarket strategy and a wider product portfolio aimed at strengthening its international presence.

Speaking to MOTORINDIA on the sidelines of the event, Mr. Ashish Balutkar, Sr. VP – International Marketing & Sales, emphasised that the aftermarket has always been central to the company’s growth journey. Over the years, Mansons has steadily expanded its global footprint and today serves customers in nearly 100 countries.
“The global aftermarket plays a very important role in our strategy,” said Mr. Balutkar. “We have grown from around 60 countries earlier to almost 100 today, and we expect this number to continue increasing in the coming years.”
Product Expansion Driven by Market Feedback
At the exhibition, the company showcased several new products along with improvements to its existing portfolio. One of the key highlights was the evolution of its load cushion range, widely used in commercial vehicle applications. According to Mr. Balutkar, the product line has undergone significant development based on feedback from customers across different markets.
“Our load cushion products have evolved significantly over the years,” Mr. Balutkar explained. “Customer inputs from various global markets have helped us refine these products to meet more demanding operating conditions.”

Alongside its traditional strength in rubber components, Mansons is now expanding into polyurethane-based products. Aluminium components are also gaining greater focus as the industry moves toward lightweight vehicle solutions.
“Lightweighting is becoming increasingly important in vehicle design,” he noted. “Aluminium components are therefore gaining prominence, and we are strengthening our presence in that area.”

Despite the expansion into new product categories, the company maintains a clear and consistent philosophy when it comes to quality. Mr. Balutkar pointed out that customer expectations across regions have evolved significantly over the past decade.
“Today every customer expects high quality,” he said. “Earlier some markets were more price driven, but now reliability and performance matter everywhere.”
Mansons follows the same quality standards across all markets, ensuring that components supplied to the aftermarket match those delivered to OEM customers.
“For us, quality always comes first,” Mr. Balutkar emphasised. “The same component supplied to OEMs is what goes to the aftermarket as well.”
With a broader product range and a steadily expanding international presence, Mansons sees strong opportunities in the global aftermarket. Platforms such as ACMA Automechanika continue to provide valuable opportunities to connect with partners and reinforce the company’s commitment to reliable, high-quality commercial vehicle components worldwide.
