Lucas Indian Service’s aggressive approach to strengthen market in Eastern India

In order to further strengthen its market in Eastern India, LIS has organised its dealers conference in Howrah, Kolkata, on November 14 & 15, 2016.

LIS team strove hard to make this event memorable and interactive through a series of creative initiatives that were very much appreciated by the participants. The event started with the lighting of the traditional lamp by Mr. S. Venkataraman, President, Delphi-TVS, and Mr. S. Muralidharan, LIS President, and dealers.

This was followed by product launches of LIS, Lucas-TVS and Delphi-TVS, round-table discussions, product displays, interactive presentation on GST and Combo Mongo, an event on spot order booking followed by presentations on GST and organised sector and digital initiatives of LIS.

The event was charged up by dealers’ energy and both East & North-East regions will witness a spurt in growth in the days to come.

The new products were brought in a palanquin by the respective teams kindling the curiosity of the audience.

President and business heads addressed every group of eight dealers on products and market trends. This helped the dealers to directly interact with the respective teams to understand, discuss and take decisions. The complete array of products was displayed and demonstrated to the dealers by the competent teams.

An interactive presentation on the ‘GST & Organised Sector’ by Mr. Muralidharan, was followed by a presentation on digital initiatives of LIS on social media and e-catalogues by Mr. Kannan. V, Assistant Manager – Marketing. The launching of sky lanterns by the participants marked the end to the celebration to commemorate the long association. There is also an Odissi classical dance presentation in keeping with the Kolkata tradition.
