Major target segments: The company operates in six verticals of transportation: farm equipment sector (tractors, harvester combines and allied), construction equipment (backhoe loaders, cranes, heavy line machines), two-wheeler segment (bikes, scooters and electric vehicles), e-commerce (warehouse to warehouse), stockyard management and ODC segment.

Changes that have transformed Indian logistics / road transport sector over the last decade: Improved roads and infrastructure and GST.

Top two challenges and ways to address them: High cost of fuel and toll taxes, RTO culture to extract money and non-recognition as industry, hence open to exploitation at all levels.

Company’s success secrets: Adapting to changes in business model as per the prevailing economic environment and employee recognition through appreciating and honouring their integrity and loyalty.
