The new product features high-pressure jets and allows customizations according to multiple needs and specifications of different OEMs. “This makes our new innovation the most unique and most customizable car wash in the country at present”, states Mr. Amit Pradeep Chandan, Technical Manager, Karcher.
While Karcher has good business coming from the Kerala market, one of the company’s main focus areas at Auto Serve was to attract customers from Tamil Nadu. Says Mr. Chandan: “Customers in Kerala were not as cost-conscious as their counterparts in Tamil Nadu and always went for the latest products which brought the best quality and advanced technology to the table. We are looking to increase our customer base in Tamil Nadu through this expo.”
