EXCON 2022 Special

iTriangle Infotech took to EXCON 2022 to present their wide range of truck GPS and GSM based tracking devices and generated strong interest in CE industry stakeholders.

Kiran gives details: “Our flagship product, AquilaTrack, offers end-to-end applications. It is a big data device agnostic platform. Our devices can help across vehicle segments as they understand the nuances of each segment well. For CE industry, the consideration would be the number of running hours. This segment also has sensor requirements and where the operational capabilities change from vehicle to vehicle. Major civil construction companies, ports, car aggregators and others are already using our telematic devices and solutions.”

Any IC engine with 9-32 Volts can power up these devices. He shares that the devices also have a few additional I/Os which get connected to different parameters of the vehicle.

Harshit explains: “Today, vehicle manufacturers are looking for broader solutions that offer them more than tracking and tracing. So, iTriangle gives value-addition to the manufacturers. The market is highly agile currently and we are aligning ourselves with the needs of the market.”

Kiran further adds: “With a serial port, RS232, that can get connected to a fuel sensor, the customer can get data like fuel consumed or was pilferage and there is a digital input that gets connected to the ignition. With a single connection, we can capture data such as the number of ignition hours, and with the help of our 3-axis accelerometer and ignition combination we can understand the running hours of a particular vehicle.”

Advantage iTriangle

The point of differentiation between iTriangle and other GPS manufacturers and suppliers is that iTriangle’s analytics help ports track the fleet movement inside the premises. Their special edge also lies in product development and serviceability of the market.

Kiran shares: “We help our customers analyse the data at an efficient cost. Our primary focus is on quality so that customers can take maximum benefit out of these devices for the next 3-5 years.”

iTriangle is making efforts to spread awareness in the aftermarket that investing 100% in their devices and solutions will ensure better and maximum ROI on the investments.

Harshit talks about how OEMs are able to benefit using their products: “When our product is fitted onto any vehicle, the end user can select the kind of information they need and our assurance to the OEMs and further to their customers is towards security and confidentiality of their data. It will always be sacrosanct to us.”

Focus: Aftermarket and OEMs

iTriangle is focused on System Integrator Business in the aftermarket with a strong distributor and partner network of more than 200 across India. The company is focusing on centralizing their association with the distributors and the dealers so that all the stakeholders grow in synergy.

Kiran says: “Our buyers are B2B customers who have their own software solutions but wish to integrate it with our hardware. In another month’s time, we will be having additional 10000 additional devices in a certain project that has more than 45000 vehicles deployed. We are continuously building our distributor channel since the time AIS 140 has been active and we want the channel to become self-sustaining. That will leave us to focus better on our product development.”

iTrianlge is ready to launch four new products that are variants in the 4G platform in the next couple of months. The company is also expanding their focus on offering solutions to EVs.

Harshit talks from the point of view of OEMs: “Today, majority of the OEMs are seeking indigenous suppliers in telematics. They expect high standards of serviceability which we are able to more than meet.”

iTriangle Philosophy

The company follows the basic principle it was founded on – which is to bring indigenous telematics design, development and manufacturing company in India for India and the world. iTriangle caters to OEMs and the aftermarket a product which is serviceable, saleable and one that will earn a handsome ROI on the investment by the fleet owner.

EXCON Highlight

Harshit is appreciative: “EXCON is a great forum that connects people, who can interact about the new trends, standards and industry expectations.”

Kiran shares: “Today, vehicle manufacturers want to integrate our device in such a manner that it will ease the process when the vehicle needs an upgrade and since we are agnostic to any vehicle segment including EVs, we are preferred by our customers. Our presence at EXCON only reiterates this fact.”

Indeed a robust validation to iTriangle’s strengths in resolving customers’ challenges proven right yet again at EXCON!
