IndianOil Kerala outlets adopt cashless payment mode

IndianOil has been in the forefront to provide cashless payment facilities across all customer touch-points. IndianOil, Kerala, has achieved for the first time in the oil industry facility for accepting cashless payments at 100% of its retail outlets (petrol pumps). This covers debit/credit card acceptance or e-Wallet acceptance or UPI acceptance.

Moreover, IndianOil, Irumpanam Terminal in Kochi is the first terminal in the oil industry in the country to ensure 100% payment of toll charges through the cashless medium. This has been achieved by affixing RFID tags on all its tank trucks. The Irumpanam terminal also has ensured payment of wages to 100% of its contracters for security, housekeeping and electrical needs. The terminal has ensured that these vendors pay salaries of their employees through the electronic mode.
