An exclusive high level workshop entitled “How technology and new business models redefine mobility” was organised by IRU in India recently. The workshop gathered leading participants from the field of sustainable and new mobility patterns. The attendees were invited by the IRU-initiated All-India Smart Move High Level Group to analyse the role of technology and new business models in redefining mobility. The workshop also examined high level consumer protection and business competitiveness.
Building from the results of this meeting, the All-India Smart Move High Level Group will also publish a report on the topic, including a set of recommendations to be submitted to the Government of India.
