Speaking to MOTORINDIA, Mr. Bhavesh Limbasiya, Managing Director, Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd., said: “We are known for our quality in wet & dry cylinder liners, custom-made castings and air-cooled block. Our Boron casting liners are known to be better than the OEM liners; they help increase the life of the component. Here at bauma, we are communicating to the visitors that we make parts for every application, from heavy-duty trucks to construction equipment and generators.”

Notably, Esteem Auto has more than 5,000 variants of cylinder liners, starting from dry, sleeves to big wet liners, all of which have been very well accepted in export markets. “We have also showcased air- and water-cooled block made of sand casting. These are mainly used for compressors and generators and some people call them air and water cool cylinders. We currently cater to a few OEM customers in both domestic and export markets and are looking forward to increasing our market share in the American and European markets,” he added.

The company is also replicating its success in the Indian market by providing the highest quality material as that provided to the OEMs. “We are working on innovation at our production line, mainly on automation for process control, and are working with few integrators to help us integrate robotics and automation at our facility. Keeping in mind the volumes from exports and OEMs, we have invested around $1 million to increase our production capacity from 1,50,000 units to 2,50,000 units per month,” informed the MD.
