The official MoU signing for the Embedded Software Developer Bootcamp training took place today, marking a significant milestone in advancing the Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) industry.
Crafted by industry experts, this bootcamp program addresses entry-level talent shortages, reduces the need for extensive industry-specific training, and enhances the productivity of new talent through a comprehensive curriculum, courseware, assessment, and certification.

Under the mentorship of Jayachandra Aradhya, CTO-ESDM at ELFONZE Technologies, and a team of industry experts, students will gain hands-on experience in ELFONZE’s state-of-the-art lab, working on real-world projects using cutting-edge tools and technologies.

The 480-hour program includes 210 hours of instructor-led training, 180 hours of instructor-assisted lab work, and 90 hours of on-the-job training or project work. The program aligns with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) Level 5 and is developed in collaboration with industry experts. ELFONZE Technologies, selected as the training partner, will enroll and train students based on industry recruitment forecasts. The final assessment by NASSCOM ensures adherence to NSQF standards, with successful candidates earning 16 credits in their National Skill Passport.
Notably, the program offers 100% job placement assistance and a refund of INR 30000 upon joining the recruiting company. The program is priced at INR 50,000 + GST, reflecting ELFONZE Technologies’ commitment to nurturing skills in ESDM and inspiring Electronics Engineers to pursue careers within their core competencies. The first batch is scheduled to begin in September 2023 at ELFONZE Technologies, Bengaluru.
