EITS 2014 from December 9 to strengthen ties among India, France and Germany

A delegation from the France Moselle Department composed of Moselle public authority, Moselle Economic Agency and the Metz city trade department recently visited Mumbai to discuss strengthening mutual relations between France and India and present the Euro-Indian Technology Sourcing (EITS) 2014 business summit, which will be held in Metz (France) from December 9 to 11.

EITS is a business convention proposed for Indian and European companies looking to establish new contacts or develop and boost their trade relations in the fields of materials, energy and processes. The summit is part of the public strategy based on the development of a European materials and energy valley in Eastern France, at the heart of Europe. EITS is supported by governments and public authorities in France, Germany and India.

EITS 2014 will bring together about 300 participating companies from France, India and Germany throughout the business convention. Conferences and trade shows will attract further participants. The event will be a great opportunity for companies to build relationships with their future partners in counterpart countries, through on-site visits and B2B meetings to be organised. It will focus on the fields of materials and process for industry (metals, chemicals and plastics, and natural fibers), transportation and energy.

This edition of EITS follows the successful Euro India Transport Systems business conventions organised by the Moselle Economic Agency in 2009, which was the biggest conference ever organised between India and Europe on the theme of transportation systems.

EITS 2014 will take place during a particularly festive period in Western Europe and will be a unique opportunity for Indian participants to discover and enjoy the first-class world famous Moselle Christmas markets.
