The Board of Directors of Schmitz Cargobull AG has named Mr. Bradley J. Hartsell as the Chief Executive Officer of Schmitz Dong Feng Special Vehicle Company located in Wuhan, China, with effect from July 12, 2015. He is taking over from Mr. Andreas Schmitz who is returning to Germany.
Mr. Huang Guang, Chairman of Schmitz Cargobull (Wuhan), said he is looking forward to working with Mr. Bradley Hartsell who brings extensive experience in sales to the company.
Prof. Jürgen Kluge, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Schmitz Cargobull AG, said: “Bradley’s unique, in-depth knowledge gained from long-term immersion in multi-cultural settings, coupled with his impressive and successful management experiences in Asia, specifically his nearly 15 years in China, and his knowledge of the commercial vehicle market make him exceptionally qualified to take over responsibility for leading our China joint venture strategy. We are very happy that he has decided to take on this exciting new challenge.”
