The three leading automotive and commercial vehicle suppliers – Bosch, Knorr-Bremse and ZF – have launched the Alltrucks GmbH & Co. KG joint venture in Munich. The joint venture will operate as system center providing a new workshop franchise for commercial vehicle workshops. The relevant anti-trust authorities approved the joint venture before it was launched.

Alltrucks GmbH & Co. KG will initially employ some 10 associates. Commercial vehicle workshops in Germany will be able to join the franchise system this year. To register their interest, they should send an email to info@alltrucks.com. The companies are planning a gradual roll-out of the franchise in other countries, first in Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Italy, followed by the whole of Europe as a medium-term goal.

Comprehensive services for CV workshops

Alltrucks GmbH & Co. KG provides workshops joining the scheme with a full range of services for the cross-vehicle brand maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles, including a technical hotline, technical training, information and quality management, as well as diagnostic systems and workshop equipment. The joint venture offers bundled services and pooled expertise of the three joint venture partners, Robert Bosch GmbH (Automotive Aftermarket Division), Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH and ZF Friedrichshafen AG (ZF Services business unit).
