Automechanika spotlight on paintwork and bodywork sector

Once again, the paintwork and bodywork sector is set to give an impressive demonstration of its innovativeness at the 2016 edition of Automechanika Frankfurt during September 13-17.

Almost 35 per cent of the exhibitors in Hall 11 come from Germany and include companies such as Festool GmbH, SATA GmbH & Co. KG, Vosschemie GmbH, WOLF Anlagen-Technik GmbH & Co. KG, MIPA SE, Sehon Innovative Lackieranlagen, Audatex AUTOonline GmbH, Peter Kwasny GmbH and ANEST IWATA Deutschland GmbH.

Other important exhibitor nations are Italy, the Netherlands and Poland, and visitors can look forward to numerous innovations, especially in the fields of workshop equipment, repairs, paintwork and corrosion protection.

In 2014, ‘Collision Talk’ was the best attended event of the lecture programme. As before, it will be held in the paintwork-1Portalhaus building, which adjoins Hall 11 where everything revolves around the world of bodywork and paintwork during Automechanika.

Greatly anticipated is the second ‘Collision Talk’ which will once again focus on issues of topical importance to the collision-damage repair sector.

New is the ‘Collision Damage Repair Street’ where 14 workshop-equipment suppliers, paint manufacturers and collision-damage service providers will show process-optimisation solutions.

“We are delighted with the expansion of the successful event concept this year”, says Olaf Mußhoff, Director of Automechanika Frankfurt. “This enables us to strengthen Automechanika as the meeting place for companies and decision makers from the collision-damage market and show solutions for process optimisation in the workshop.”
