The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) has elected Mr. Shenu Agarwal, Managing Director and CEO, Ashok Leyland Ltd., as its new President for 2026-27. Agarwal, who previously served as Vice President of SIAM, succeeds Shailesh Chandra, Managing Director and CEO, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd., as Immediate Past President.
The new office bearers were elected during the Executive Committee Meeting of SIAM held today.
Mr. K N Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO, TVS Motor Company, has been elected as Vice President of SIAM for 2026-27, while Mr. Santosh Iyer, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd., has been elected as Treasurer for the same period.
