ACCURUB’s integrated display of auto components

ACCURUB, an Accurate Group company, showcased the complete strength of its integrated business verticals at the show. The company presented suspension drag links, V-links, reaction/torque rods, straight links along with axle rod bushes and load cushion mountings for commercial vehicles. The group’s biggest strength is its in-house capability of producing ERW & CDW precision steel tubes, forged machined components and assemblies up to finished rubber bonded products under its group’s umbrella.

Speaking to MOTORINDIA, C.S. Bhatia, Corporate Director – Business Development, Accurate Group, said: “Being an integrated manufacturing company, we are the only ones to have such a wide range of products under one roof. This not only adds value but also helps create superior and seamless engineering, innovation and transparency at all levels of operations.”

The group also boasts of an in-house state-of-the-art dedicated Tech Centre at Pune that facilitates testing and validations of parts. Divulging details, the Director revealed: “Our R&D team is focused on continuously improving the quality of our products. We have 3-axis dynamic testing facilities that can test up to 300 KN at a time and we can simulate the load and check the durability of the components in-house. Owing to these facilities, we are able to have a shorter lead time and take only 4 to 6 weeks from design to delivery of new products.” Making its first-ever participation at a trade fair, the company received great response in terms of visitors enquiring for integrated solutions for engines, powertrain & drivetrain, exhaust and body mounting rubber to metal components.

Asked about ACCURUB’s BS-VI readiness, he shared: “We are ready for the BS-VI transition and have worked extensively with major OEM’s and tier-1s over the past many months to cater to the upcoming transition.”
