ACCURUB, primarily located at Pune, Maharashtra, primarily focuses on OEM and aftermarket segments in the domestic and international markets. The integrated product manufacturing group has 5 plants located across Maharashtra. Established in 1998 and backed by more than two decades of vast experience and continuous upgradation of technology, today the Accurate Group has emerged as one of the most prominent and promising manufacturing groups in India to produce commodities right from ERW & CDW precision steel tubes, machined and sheet metal components up to rubber products, rubber-to-metal bonded parts.
H. S. Madaan, Chairman, Accurate Group, shared, “We manufacture 24,000/MT of precision ERW and CDW steel tubes per annum of maximum outer diameter of 101 mm and 7 mm thickness. Further to manufacturing integration our Components and Assembly (CA) Division converts 10,000MT/annum of steel tubes to tubular automotive components and assemblies, machining’s of forged and cast-iron components, sheet metal components hence extending all under one group solutions to our esteemed customers and VA-VE to our clients with cost effectiveness.”
Considering the integrated approach ACCURUB exclusively produces anti vibration rubber to metal bonded components which includes axle rods, v-torque rods and link rods thereby utilizing its in-house manufacturing capabilities of high strength steel tubes & metal components in state-of-the-art manufacturing setups, in-house R&D and technical expertise, highly precise static & 4 axis dynamic product testing up to 400 kN thus extending NVH solutions to its customers.
“We use induction-based hot crimping technology for crimping of these rods for higher pull-out strengths to sustain heavy load applications. Today these axle rods, v-rods and link assemblies are our key focused areas offering multi-pronged solutions. Export Sales
ACCURUB expects the upcoming months to be strong on exports since it is steadily picking up pace in sales. The Chairman shared, “Our export business will grow three-fold this year as we are exploring new global opportunities. We have strong growth plans and are looking at strengthening our brand position in India and global markets in the coming future. Also, we would be showcasing our integrated product manufacturing strengths at upcoming shows at Automechanika Frankfurt and IAA Transportation Hannover, Germany.”
