Varroc, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, announced the appointment of Mr. Akshaykumar Chudasama as an Independent Director on its Board of Directors, effective May 29, 2025. This strategic appointment reflects Varroc’s continued commitment to strengthening governance, enhancing cross-border business expertise, and building stakeholder confidence in line with its long-term growth objectives.

Mr. Chudasama is a seasoned legal expert with over three decades of experience in law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from St. Xavier’s College, University of Bombay, and an LLB from the London School of Economics, University of London, UK. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, and as a Solicitor with the Law Society of England and Wales.
Currently, Mr. Chudasama is serving as Managing Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., where he leads the firm’s Mumbai Region and is widely recognized for his expertise in cross-border mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.
