Over the past two decades, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of businesses from two sides; within the industry by leading organisations & achieving unprecedented growth and then supporting organisations through consulting & radically improving their business performance.
In both worlds, I’ve seen a common struggle: businesses trying to grow while barely holding themselves together. The problems looked different such as low margins, people problems, cash flow chaos, delivery challenges, but the root cause was the same. The organisation itself wasn’t working as a system.

Imran Shaikh is a business transformation consultant with over 25 years of experience across industry and consulting.
He is the founder of Profound Consulting, a firm that works with companies to improve operational and financial performance through focused, system driven execution.
He worked in leadership roles across operations, marketing & sales, strategy, supply chain, finance and JVs. He’s led organisations, turned around business units, and knows what it takes to deliver under pressure.
