Tata AutoComp Systems Limited, through its British subsidiary Artifex Interior Systems, has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% share capital of IAC Group (Slovakia) s.r.o., a key supplier to Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda. The acquired entity will be renamed Artifex Systems Slovakia s.r.o.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Tata AutoComp’s presence in the European Union and reinforces its capabilities across interior systems. The move lays a strong foundation for deeper expansion across the UK and EU markets and aligns with the company’s vision of becoming the partner of choice for global OEMs.
Sweden Engineering Centre Inaugurated
In a parallel development, Artifex inaugurated its Sweden Engineering Centre in Gothenburg on 18 February. The facility was inaugurated by Mr. Arvind Goel, Vice-Chairman, Tata AutoComp Systems.
The new centre will further strengthen Artifex’s engineering and innovation capabilities in Europe and enable closer collaboration with customers and partners across the region.
