Sanket Transport – Advancing with Purpose, Precision, & Progress

A Legacy of Trust, A Future Built on Innovation

For over 35 years, Sanket Transport LLP has been a respected name in India’s logistics landscape, known for blending tradition with forward-looking agility. Today, the company operates a modern fleet of over 100 BS VI compliant vehicles, all under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with leading OEMs like Tata Motors and Ashok Leyland. This proactive model minimizes breakdowns and ensures consistent uptime.

“We don’t just add vehicles; we add value,” says Kuldip Chauhan, Partner at Sanket Transport LLP. “Every BS VI truck represents our commitment to cleaner air, higher mileage, and more dependable deliveries.”

This focus on operational excellence is backed by global certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GDP, and CTPAT, reaffirming the company’s strict compliance with international safety and quality benchmarks.

From Ports to Pharma: Strategic Expansion at Scale

Sanket Transport’s footprint has grown rapidly in the past year, with several key milestones. The company made a bold foray into port logistics, deploying 72 specialized vehicles for container handling at major ports like DP World, NSICT, and NSFT. This has enabled them to manage over 8 lakh TEUs annually; marking a significant scale-up in operations.

“Entering the port segment was a turning point. It allowed us to diversify and build capacity for high-volume, time-sensitive cargo,” says Kuldip.

Simultaneously, Sanket Transport deepened ties with pharmaceutical and manufacturing giants including Pfizer, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Aurobindo. These relationships reflect the company’s growing stature as a reliable partner for compliant, temperature-sensitive, and precision-timed logistics.

New Verticals, New Heights

In response to rising demand in cold-chain logistics, Sanket Transport launched its Reefer Van Division. The new segment, currently powered by Bolero Max pickups and 24-ft Bharat Benz reefers, caters to pharmaceutical and perishable goods clients.

“The reefer segment is our answer to a growing need for controlled transport. We’re not chasing trends; we’re solving real challenges for our clients,” explains Kuldip.

Backing this expansion is a 30% projected year-on-year growth rate, a doubling of annual turnover in the past year, and a revamped workforce strategy centered on professionalism, well-being, and compliance.

Putting People Before Digitisation: A New HR Paradigm

Sanket Transport’s internal transformation is just as impressive. A complete restructuring effort has introduced performance-oriented staffing, skill-based hiring, and standardized uniforms for all operational staff. Most notably, the company has implemented a ₹30 lakh Mediclaim insurance cover per employee.

“We don’t see HR as cost; it’s an investment in loyalty and performance. If we take care of our people, they’ll take care of the cargo,” he says. This holistic people-first approach has improved morale, reduced attrition, and fostered a culture of accountability and pride.

On the digital front, Sanket Transport has transitioned to cloud-based accounting via Tally on Cloud, introduced online billing, and integrated e-LRs to support paperless logistics.

“Digitization isn’t just tech; it’s speed, accuracy, and sustainability combined,” notes Kuldip. “From driver check-ins to automated GST-compliant invoicing, we’ve streamlined everything.”

The company has also embraced smart energy management and ESG platforms to track and reduce its carbon footprint, aligning with India’s broader sustainability agenda.

With real-time GPS tracking, driver mobile apps, and instant POD uploads, Sanket is raising the bar on visibility and control. Predictive ETAs and route alerts are now standard, along with proactive client communication.

“Today’s customer doesn’t wait; they want updates, not excuses. We’ve built systems that deliver trust as much as they deliver cargo,” he emphasizes. This responsiveness has played a key role in deepening long-term client partnerships and enhancing customer satisfaction scores.

The Road Ahead: Challenges and Opportunity in Equal Measure

India’s transport sector stands at a crossroads. With initiatives like Bharatmala and PM Gati Shakti, opportunities abound in infrastructure and tech adoption. The shift to EVs and cleaner fuels could revolutionize logistics efficiency; if executed well.

“EVs and smart roads can take us global; but we need to solve real problems first. High logistics costs, slow rural connectivity, and inconsistent regulations are holding us back,” he warns.

He believes that the right mix of government policy, private investment, and digital execution can transform India into a global logistics powerhouse.

For Sanket Transport, growth isn’t just about expanding a fleet. It’s about transforming an industry. Through sustainability, smart operations, and strong values, the company is charting a future-ready path. “We’re not just driving trucks; we’re driving trust. That’s what has sustained us for 35 years, and that’s what will carry us into the next 35,” concludes Kuldip.
