Pavna Industries Limited, a leading automotive components manufacturer catering to passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, commercial vehicles and off-road vehicles, has strengthened its long-term expansion strategy with the acquisition of an additional 4.33 acres of land near Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh.
This marks the company’s fourth consecutive land purchase in the region within the past few months. Pavna had earlier acquired 1.89 acres and 4.96 acres in August 2025, followed by 4.64 acres in July 2025. With the latest addition, the company now holds a large contiguous land parcel that will serve as a foundation for future manufacturing and infrastructure development.
The company said the acquisitions form part of its broader strategy to build scalable, innovation-driven infrastructure that supports growing industry demand and enhances capabilities across its product portfolio.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Swapnil Jain, Managing Director, Pavna Industries Ltd., said, “This latest land acquisition reinforces the strategic momentum we have built in the Jewar region. As we continue to consolidate our presence through contiguous expansion, we are laying the groundwork for a manufacturing ecosystem that is both future-ready and innovation-driven.”
He added that the growing land portfolio strengthens Pavna’s platform for long-term capacity creation, technology integration and operational advancement. “This step reflects our focused approach to building scalable infrastructure that supports our growth ambitions and enhances value for our customers and stakeholders,” he said.
With rapid infrastructure growth around Jewar Airport and increasing demand from the automotive sector, Pavna’s move positions it to accelerate future expansion and build next-generation manufacturing capabilities.
