MB Group accelerates in 2025 with Innovation, Automation, and India Momentum

MB Pneumatyka’s India journey began in 2022 with the establishment of its production headquarters in Jamnagar, Gujarat. This was not just a business expansion but a strategic decision aimed at getting closer to one of the world’s fastest-growing automotive markets. In just a short span, the company has invested deeply in understanding local needs, building strong relationships, and establishing the credibility of its push-to-connect (PTC) fittings.

Fast forward to 2025, and the MB Group — comprising MB Pneumatyka and its Indian counterpart MBP Pvt— is experiencing a remarkable surge. The first quarter of the year saw a 22% increase in sales compared to the same period last year. This growth is being driven by international contracts, smart automation, and sustained progress in India.

Scaling New Heights: Contracts, Components, and Capability

A major contributor to the Group’s upward trajectory has been a strategic deal signed in November 2024 with a key customer in the United States. Shipments of pneumatic fittings began that same quarter and quickly gained traction, marking a strong entry into a highly competitive market.

Complementing this success is the launch of a fully automated production line for safety valves — a significant leap in both product portfolio and production sophistication. These critical components are designed to automatically release excess pressure in pneumatic systems, preventing tank explosions and resealing themselves once safe levels are restored.

Available in 26 variants to suit different thread types and operational parameters, these safety valves are manufactured on a robotics-driven line that manages everything from part picking and mounting to calibration and triple testing. Only those passing all checks are engraved and sealed, ready for deployment.

Engineering Excellence from the Ground Up

Innovation at MB Group begins in its R&D centre in Poland, where ideas are rigorously developed and tested. Design begins in AutoCAD and moves through hands-on prototyping in collaboration with the technology and quality teams. Once validated, production is undertaken using over 30 advanced CNC automatic lathes equipped with bar feeders and in-line measurement systems.

“Every component undergoes real-world testing before we approve it for production. Quality is not a one-time check — it’s a continuous process,” says Małgorzata Bieniaszewska, Founder of MB Group

The manufacturing process integrates Statistical Process Control (SPC) and semi-automatic optical inspection to maintain consistent standards. Finished parts are then subjected to stringent lab tests — including climate simulations, vibration analysis, and surface roughness evaluations — ensuring each unit performs reliably under demanding conditions.

Once cleared, components move to the assembly zone, where a combination of automatic and semi-automatic systems — all  developed in-house — manage the final stages of production. The outcome: leak-proof in a temperature range of -40°C …+80°C, vibration-resistant fittings that meet all specification criteria. No non-conforming parts leave the facility.

India: A Market in Motion

India has emerged as a focal point of MB Group’s global strategy. After nearly two years of groundwork by Małgorzata Bieniaszewska and her team in India, the company is beginning to see significant traction.

“India is evolving rapidly. Our engagement here is not just about market entry — it’s about shaping the future of pneumatic connectivity alongside local manufacturers,” says Bieniaszewska.

Several major players in the Indian bus and trailer space have approved MB Pneumatyka’s PTC fittings for serial production. Noteworthy among them are Veera Bus, a leading bus OEM, and TII, a pioneer in platform trailer manufacturing. These approvals signify a shift in the Indian commercial vehicle market — from conventional ferrule-based fittings to more efficient, patented push-to-connect solutions.

Stepping into Defense and OEM Frontiers

The year 2025 also marks MB Group’s entry into new sectors: defense and OEM manufacturing. The company has initiated discussions and prototype trials with major defense vehicle manufacturers, including Bharat Forge. These early engagements position MB for deeper involvement in sectors that demand uncompromising performance and reliability.

“Our goal is to be more than a supplier. We’re co-creating the future of mobility, whether it’s for highways, factories, or military applications,” she emphasizes.

With more partnerships underway, MB Group is poised to extend its engineering and manufacturing expertise across new industry verticals, all while maintaining its focus on quality, adaptability, and customer-centric innovation.

From precision-engineered safety valves to full pneumatic systems, MB Group is building a reputation rooted in reliability, forward-thinking design, and global reach. As it continues its journey across Europe, the Americas, and India, the road ahead is clear — and MB Group is fully equipped to go the distance.
