
Karsan, one of the world’s leading public transportation vehicle manufacturers, made a grand appearance at Busworld 2025.
It has two major launches at the Busworld 2025 fair, which is held in Brussels, Belgium, from October 4-9, 2025, Karsan unveiled its second driverless vehicle, the Autonomous e-JEST, and introduce the e-ATA Hydrogen, developed in collaboration with Toyota. Karsan’s field-proven model, the Autonomous e-ATAK, is on display at the stand and available for participants to experience in the outdoor area of the fair. Strongly reflecting its vision of “A Step Ahead in the Future of Mobility,” the brand also shared its innovative solutions for the future with the international press at a press conference held at Brussels Expo.
Karsan Autonomous e-JEST: A New Era in Urban Transportation!
Karsan introduces the Level 4 autonomous driving technology version of the e-JEST, Europe’s most preferred electric minibus for the past 5 years, to the world at Busworld 2025. The autonomous e-JEST stands out with its design that focuses on people, cities, the planet, and the future. Specially developed for narrow streets and historic city centers, the model offers a safe, eco-friendly, and efficient public transportation solution with Level 4 autonomous driving technology. Setting a new standard for urban transportation with its high maneuverability and compact dimensions, the Autonomous e-JEST stands out as the latest reflection of Karsan’s mobility vision.

Toyota Partnership with Karsan e-ATA Hydrogen
Karsan is also introducing the e-ATA Hydrogen model, developed in strategic partnership with Toyota, at the fair. This model, which is an important step towards zero-emission, long-range public transportation, combines high comfort and environmentally friendly solutions with hydrogen technology. Developed in line with Karsan’s sustainable mobility vision, the e-ATA Hydrogen offers tomorrow’s standards in public transportation today.

Autonomous e-ATAK: Proven Success, New Experiences
Used in real road conditions in Europe and the US since 2021, the Autonomous e-ATAK has driven over 100,000 kilometers and carried more than 35,000 passengers to date. Successfully serving in various scenarios, from university campuses to city routes, Norwegian tunnels to harsh climatic conditions, the Autonomous e-ATAK reinforces Karsan’s leadership in Level 4 autonomous technology. The model is exhibited at the Karsan stand at Busworld 2025 and will also offer a test drive experience outside the exhibition area.
