
Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across high-growth, technology-driven sectors including automotive, defence, artificial intelligence (AI) and data centres.
The agreement outlines a broad framework under which the two companies will jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies, focusing on the co-development of advanced products for automotive systems, defence platforms and AI server infrastructure.
The collaboration brings together complementary capabilities. VVDN contributes strengths in electronics design, embedded software, system integration and end-to-end product engineering and manufacturing services. Bharat Forge adds its expertise in advanced manufacturing, precision engineering and large-scale industrial production.

Together, the companies aim to develop scalable and high-impact solutions aligned with evolving global technology trends. As industries increasingly adopt generative AI, autonomous systems and sustainable computing architectures, the partnership seeks to position both organisations within the rapidly expanding global AI ecosystem.
