At BusWorld Europe 2025, Gunmeet Singh Mago, Managing Director of Almighty Auto Ancillary Pvt. Ltd., shared insights into the company’s growth strategy, product innovations, and plans to strengthen its presence in the European bus and coach market. With nearly two decades of global experience, Almighty Auto has established itself as a reliable manufacturer of comprehensive wiper solutions, serving both OEMs and aftermarket customers across India, North America, and now Europe.
Comprehensive Wiper Solutions for Every Vehicle
Almighty Auto specializes in the manufacturing of complete wiper systems, including wiper blades, wiper arms, wiper linkage, wiper motors, and washer kits. “We are manufacturers of complete wiper systems, offering a full solution for automotive windshield wash and wipe requirements,” Gunmeet explained. Located just outside Mumbai in Wada, the company customizes its products for individual vehicles, ensuring compatibility, durability, and performance.
While the company has a strong foothold in India and North America, its European market journey is relatively new. “Right now, maybe 4–5% of our turnover comes from Europe, but we are seeing growing interest from customers and slowly penetrating the market,” Gunmeet noted. He emphasized that European clients have higher technical standards, particularly for noise, vibration, and EMI/EMC compliance. “We are making sure that we deliver on those standards and often exceed requirements,” he added.
Innovation Driving Product Differentiation
Almighty Auto is not just following industry standards but actively innovating. Gunmeet discussed a major development in their product portfolio: “We are working on a synchronized wiper system that eliminates the traditional linkage mechanism. Two independent wiper motors communicate electronically, reducing mechanical complexity and improving performance.”
This innovation reflects Almighty Auto’s commitment to delivering advanced solutions for both conventional and electric buses. While wiper blades themselves remain largely standardized, other components, such as wiper arms, wiper motors, and linkage systems, are custom-designed for each vehicle. “Every vehicle has unique requirements, and we tailor our wipers to meet specific standards and quality expectations,” Gunmeet explained.
Meeting Global Standards with Cost Competitiveness
Gunmeet emphasized that Almighty Auto’s manufacturing capabilities are robust and scalable. “Our current utilization is around 60–70% of our installed capacity, and we can expand further as demand grows,” he said. Beyond capacity, the company prides itself on cost efficiency. “Even compared to European and Chinese suppliers, we are at par in cost while fully meeting their quality requirements,” he noted.
Drawing on years of export experience, Almighty Auto has developed a deep understanding of international quality expectations. “Supplying to North America for nearly two decades has given us insight into global standards, which we now apply to our European operations,” Gunmeet said. This focus ensures that customers receive reliable, high-quality wiper systems, whether for OEMs or coachbuilders.
European Market Strategy and Growth Plans
The company’s immediate goal is to increase European sales from the current 4–5% of total turnover to approximately 25%. “We are slowly gaining traction with European OEMs and coachbuilders and are actively expanding our market share,” Gunmeet explained. He noted that while the European market presents challenges, Almighty Auto’s approach is rooted in quality, reliability, and adaptability.
Almighty Auto’s products are designed to be agnostic to ICE, hybrid, or electric drives. “Our focus is on quality, consistency, and meeting the specific technical needs of each vehicle type, whether conventional or electric,” Gunmeet said. This approach positions the company well for the evolving demands of the European bus and coach industry.
Adapting to Industry Trends
In addition to technical innovation, Almighty Auto is preparing for broader industry shifts. With electric vehicles becoming more prevalent, wiper systems need to comply with new standards related to electronic interference, noise, and integration with other vehicle systems. “Electric buses introduce different requirements, particularly in noise and EMI/EMC compliance, and we are ready to meet these challenges,” Gunmeet explained.
Gunmeet also shared Almighty Auto’s medium to long-term vision: “Our strategy is to consolidate our European operations, strengthen OEM relationships, and leverage our manufacturing expertise to scale efficiently.” He emphasized the company’s commitment to growth, stating that capacity and technical capabilities are already in place to handle expansion without significant bottlenecks.
Reflecting on the company’s achievements, Gunmeet said, “We have been exporting to North America for decades and now apply the same rigor to Europe, ensuring global quality standards are consistently met.” He stressed that Almighty Auto is ready to adapt, scale, and seize opportunities wherever they arise, demonstrating a proactive approach to international business development.
Almighty Auto Ancillary Pvt. Ltd., under Gunmeet Singh Mago’s leadership, is steadily positioning itself as a trusted global supplier of advanced wiper systems. Through a combination of innovation, quality, cost competitiveness, and customer-centric solutions, the company is set to increase its European footprint and meet the demands of a rapidly evolving bus and coach market. “We are focused on growth, continuous improvement, and meeting the needs of our international customers,” Gunmeet concluded, highlighting the company’s commitment to excellence and global expansion.
