Bangalore-based Prakash Roadlines Group has announced the induction of Mr. Rengarajan Srinivasan, as Independent Director, to the Board of its group firm Prakash Seating Pvt. Ltd., effective from September 1, 2017.
Mr. Rengarajan comes with rich experience in the auto component industry spanning over 35 years which will help leverage his strengths to drive the organizational transformation. In his role as Director, Mr. Rengarajan will lead key initiatives on strategy, business planning, growth, business processes and TQM practices.
