The Supervisory Board of Schmitz Cargobull AG has confirmed Mr. Andreas Busacker as the new CFO. Effective from April 1, he took over this function, in the context a gradual generational change from Ulrich Schümer who has been in charge of this business division until now alongside his role as Chairman of the Management Board.
Mr. Ulrich Schümer will retain his chairmanship of the Board while also assuming responsibility for the Public Relations, Human Resources, CLH Leasing and Corporate Auditing divisions.
