Says Mr. Vinesh Patel: “IAA has always been a great platform to get closer to our customers and we have been able to pull good business from here in Europe. Trust of our customers has helped us grow each year and we have come back and participated in bigger way every year. Today it is almost 10 years that we have been working with European companies and we are growing at 30 per cent every year which gives the companies here in Europe immense confidence to partner with us.”

The European customers are as much quality conscious as they are for consistent product. Since bearings are a very critical component of the overall product application, OEM craves for innovative solutions. “We are always here at IAA with our technical team and along with a few people from R and D who meet and understand customers here. Technical meetings sometimes overtake even the commercial meeting at such shows and that’s what also gives us an edge in moving ahead,” explains Patel.

Speaking about the acceptance of global technologies in the Indian market, he says: “Indian market has matured a lot and a lot of technology is also adopted from European truck industry. It only eases our task and helps us transfer technologies to Indian trucking industry. We are speaking to several Indian OEMs to adopt our high performance bearings into their trucks. This will also open opportunity for Indian OEMs who wish to export their fully built vehicle abroad.”
