Magna ties up with Tata AutoComp to offer world-class seating systems

Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. (Tata AutoComp) and Magna International Inc. have signed a 50/50 joint venture agreement to provide seating systems for the Indian commercial vehicle industry. The JV will be focused on delivering innovative seating systems for commercial vehicle and bus manufacturers.

The JV project, to be headquartered in Pune, will supply seating systems to customers in India.
