The MoU, which is the first agreement of its kind to be signed by Millbrook outside of the UK, is a declaration of a mutually supportive relationship between ICAT and Millbrook, to ensure the two parties are working together to promote one another’s services, facilities and capabilities.

As part of the MoU both parties will establish a presence at each other’s premises and develop mutual business representation in their respective countries. The agreement also seeks to identify and engage both companies in joint programmes of work and find opportunities to leverage their test facilities, laboratories and expertise.
