Hiab wins order for 50 loader cranes from China

Hiab, part of Cargotec, has received an order for 50 loader cranes from Shanghai Longcheng Special Purpose Vehicle Co. The value of the order is approximately EUR 1 million and it has been booked into Cargotec’s 2017 second quarter order intake. The equipment will be delivered by the end of 2017.

The HIAB 111B-2CLX loader crane model represent a versatile tool with a 10 tm capacity. It is built for tough working conditions, yet it delivers loads with high precision.  “We are very happy to receive this order from the competitive Chinese market. The solution we deliver is for a Molok application which is lead by Longcheng in the China market.  We will deepen our cooperation with Longchen in the environment segment in the future,” says Walter Wang, Head of Sales and Services, China.

“We can use the cranes to lift hard lifting containers from the huge underground dustbin, then transfer them to the sanitation station. The high quality of the product, good service network and offering were the reasons we decided to choose HIAB loader cranes,” says Mr. Luo, from the end user Guangdong Sanitation station.

Shanghai Longcheng Special Purpose Vehicle Co. was founded in November 2013, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Longcheng High-tech Environmental Co. In 2016 Hiab delivered over 40 loader cranes and 27 demountables to Shanghai Longcheng.
