Jingyi Trans Climate Control System India (P) Ltd. (JTAC), earlier known as Trans ACNR, has set the momentum rolling in manufacturing best-in-class bus air-conditioning systems for the entire range of applications such as for inter-city, intra-city, sleepers, staff transportation, school/college buses and special vehicles.

Mr. Shatrughan Kumar, JTAC Managing Director, avers: “The steady and patient wisdom of listening to our customers throughout our 12 years of experience in the Indian market has resulted in their becoming brand ambassadors for our products and services. The fast-emerging dictates of today’s world and a global economy ensure that those who live and breathe perfection of uncompromising quality, both of products and services, at a lean cost, will weather down whatever challenges that may be thrown on their way. The OEM market has gradually been opening up and we have recently supplied more than 280 units to SML Isuzu. While our supplies to Ashok Leyland for the Sri Lankan market through their body builders are in progress, we are also engaged in discussions with Daimler, Tata Motors, Eicher, Mahindra and MAN. We have top-of-the-line HVAC units suitable for multi-axle coaches, articulated buses, double-deckers and electric buses and are positive that OEMs like Scania and Volvo would like to offer a deserving choice to their customers.”

JTAC’s two-acre facility, located at Neemrana in Rajasthan, has a monthly production capacity of 250 units, which will be raised to 600 units within the next 18 months. The bus air-conditioning units are specifically manufactured for hot, humid and extreme temperature and are perfectly suited for Indian conditions.

Mr. Ouyang Weimin, Chairman of the flagship company Guangzhou Jingyi Automobile Air-Conditioner Corporation, is really delighted over the recent visit of the Indian Government delegation to China and knowing about the recently-inked sister city agreement between Chennai-Chongqing, Mumbai-Shanghai and Delhi-Beijing. He feels: “It is a win-win situation for both countries and gives us a good opportunity to bring our global expertise of the last 28 years in bus/rail air-conditioning and retarders to the fore in the Indian market.”

JTAC-CPS-pic-2JTAC-CPS-logo“Chennai Public School is an activity-centric institution where a day’s diverse commute is no less than 20 km. The value addition and flexibility of having our own fleet of air-conditioned buses for our 5,000 students aims to circumvent metropolitan pollution and combat the Chennai weather which, during 10 out of the 12 months, is intensely hot and humid. Thus air-conditioned travel gets meaning and assurance to parents who entrust their children to us. Our confidence in JTAC bus air-conditioning units has been growing from strength to strength over the years, and the stable performance of their products, backed by efficient service support, enables us to stay focused on what we do best – grooming our students to be outstanding global citizens of the world.”

JTAC-Shiv-Nadar-logo JTAC-Shiv-Nadar-pic-1“Considering the mounting smoke, noise and traffic congestion, along with the rising centigrades, air-conditioned travel is no longer a luxury but rather a necessity for ensuring that each child/student of our institution starts the day fresh and alert. At each day’s end, they travel back to their homes with ease, with a smile on their face. I am pleased that the JTAC brand of bus AC products being used by our service provider Yadav Bus Service has met our expectations of trouble-free performance with dependable aftersales support.”

JTAC-Millennium-logo JTAC-Millennium-pic-2“The demand for air-conditioned school buses has seen a spurt in the last three years in Punjab and Haryana. Lohara Transport Company is the dedicated transporter for the Millennium Chain of Schools, and we have found good product quality and service in Jingyi AC”.

Mr. Charanjit Singh, Managing Partner, Lohara Transport Services

JTAC-Heritage-logo“Travel by air-conditioned school and staff buses in Kolkata and the other parts of India is on the rise. At City Services we have been rapidly expanding our fleet of air-conditioned buses so as to cater to the growing demand. The Heritage School is one of our clients. Though initially reluctant to accept our proposal for AC buses, they now find it an indispensable part of their services. IJTAC-CityServices-pic am very happy to say that Trans ACNR has helped us fill the gap of providing trouble-free machines and services that we initially had with other AC manufacturers. As the saying goes, ‘it is attitude and not altitude’ that makes all the difference”.
